Customer reports ‘items not found’ when shop is active

Customer has reported that when they search in my shop it comes up with error message ‘items not found’ despite being over 100 items listed!

I see three pages of items. And your shop is indexed.

Perhaps they were using a search term to which there were no matches in your shop?
Or it's possible that your shop was being temporarily investigated.

Can you give us some more information?

I'm not sure what your customer is saying or seeing, but your 99 listings show up when I click on your shop. And when I entered a search term (bangle, earrings) items showed up then as well.
