I had 3 messages go into spam the last few weeks.
Two mid convo with two customers in December, of course they did not reply back to me.
And one from an existing customer who wanted a repeat purchase. She sent the message in beginning of January, I just now remembered to check that folder, just in case.
This needs to stop.
No customer will believe me, when I tell them ‘Etsy sent it to my spam folder’.
A good reminder that we all need to check the Spam folder - that shouldn't happen, but it does. Thank you for reminding us!
