I just had a customer contact me to say that they are unable to add a pair of earrings to her cart, she has been trying since last night and has not been able to purchase them. I don't have any variations on the item which is what some sellers have said caused this in the past. I also notice that my response messages are not being noticed as they keep nudging me to respond to a message I already responded to, sometimes more than once. I haven't received any technical issues alerts. Anyone else having this issue and do you know what the cause is? Thank you!!!
Update... She was just able to make the purchase.
