Customer could not leave a review

Hi there,

I had a customer recently who couldn't leave a review. She didn't have a Guest account and she had also passed the Etsy date for leaving a review but was still unable to do so.

Has anyone else had this issue? or know how to get around it?

Yeah, I have one I can't leave a review for. I think because shipping from France shows it as not delivered. I was suppose to be able to post review in June. It just permanently tells me I need to review, but I can't.

yes i have had an item i was supposed to leave a review for on the 26/6 but the window has still not opened, i use my laptop and no App.
