Hi! I'm a brand new seller and I have a customer trying to place an order that won't go through. She's selected the item, entered all her shipping an billing info. When she tries to place the order it keeps sending her back the the page to "Review your order". I've deleted and reposted the item and verified that the listing is active. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!!
If you reposted the listing, she might need to take it out of her cart and put it back in.
It sounds like she hasn't filled everything in.
We tried that too...:(
Tell buyer to try a different browser and don’t use the app.
I am having a similar issue. I have now had 6 buyers message me stating they can't check out due to the personalization options not being completed even though they have been, I verified with screen shots. It will not allow them to add to cart or continue to checkout. These are all different listings-----contacted Etsy and they stated it is on the buyers end and they should contact for help.
Also, note I used my husband's phone to check out with success and had several other friends and family members successfully add to cart. Some were using their phones and other computers......so weird.
