Customer can't see share & save link in her message

I've sent a reserved listing share & save link to a buyer multiple times in message & its not showing on her end. I can see it in my own messages but she can't. She said she can see in the prview of the unopened message but when she opens the convo theres nothing there.

This has been going on for a long time. I've had several customers over the last few years say the same thing to me. I think you'll have to send a regular link which sucks because what's the point of share and save if it purposely doesn't work?

I don’t know about the link not working, but I do know that you won’t get fees refunded when you use a Share & Save link on Etsy. It needs to be shared outside of Etsy. 

Links sent to buyers through Etsy Messages or placed in listing descriptions will not count towards Share & Save benefits.
