Customer can't open pics wants text??

Hello

   I have a customer that says she can't open the attachments sent through Etsy messages although I've sent them to someone else and there were no problems. She wants me to text her the pics. Is there a problem on her end preventing her from seeing the pics?? I don't plan on sending a text, just wondering if this is happening to anyone else.

Send them as an email attachment.

By customer do you mean she has already purchased?  Or is this a shopper who hasn't bought yet but is considering purchasing?  

If they are a customer you can email them from their purchase receipt.  If they are a shopper and want you to text them photos, that's up to you but probably not a great idea. 

They may be looking to scam you and will use text messages to infiltrate your personal space and get "closer" to you. They are manipulators and know they can start to build trust by chatting with you in your more personal spaces like your texts and that will make you easier to scam.

How can she not see the attachments?  The pics show up in the message system as picture.  No need to open them.  Sounds fishy to me.

Yes, exactly. Nobody else has had a problem. That's why I wondered if the "text me the pictures" was a scam.
