Customer can't leave review...

A customer ordered from my shop on July 10, asked me to ship it AFTER the 26th.

I updated the shipping date accordingly and shipped the item out on July 26th.

Now, wanting to give a review, it says "review period has expired"... 

Is this a glitch?

What happens now?

must be a glitch because the review period is 100 days.

They won't be able to leave a review until the last estimated delivery date, which would have changed when you changed the ship date, but it should show the date at which they can leave the review.

Unless they are looking at the wrong order.

Had this issue before.

First make sure your client is contacting you through Etsy messenger ( if they are contacting you outside of Etsy, inform them that you can only address the issue within Etsy messenger) then contact Chat, they will be able to see the clients message.

They need to verify the request. They will walk through the process with you and fix the issue so your client can leave a review.

So, the customer has actually been prompted by Etsy per email to leave a review for my item. 

Chat doesn't respond, just suggests articles to read.
