A customer has been trying to purchase since Sunday and when she tries to check out it tells her that her credit card info is not correct but she's checked it multiple times, all is correct, card is good and she's tried on desk top and PC. Anyone else experiencing this?
She will have to check with her bank. There is nothing you can do. I went to checkout and everything was fine.
Everything is ok with checkout in your shop , it just must be problem on her end
