Customer Service Contact?

Does Etsy have customer service? I have been selling on Etsy for a few years and I have noticed their customer service is NON EXISTENT. I've had issues before and never receive a response from them. I have even had a customer contact me because someone used a stolen credit card, and there is no one to talk to. This happened 108 days ago, and still no help from Etsy. I don't know how to handle situations like that, and the customer messages me because there isn't customer service lol. At this point I don't know what to tell her. 

Does anyone know a direct contact for Etsy customer service where I can actually talk to someone?

The buyer needs to contact their credit card company. I doubt Etsy can do anything about it.

Also, etsy has separate buyer-only customer service. The customer needs to go that route.

Buyer needs to talk to their credit card company which can halt the payment.  The buyer can contact Etsy through the support button. How to Contact Etsy Support – Etsy Help 

Etsy does have support for sellers.  Use contact us under Community.

If the buyer has a stolen credit card, they have to go to their bank, get the card cancelled, and get a new one, then they have protection from fraudulent activity, depending on what the terms are of the card they had.

There is no way you should be involved, or even try to help - because you can't ,
there are all sorts of privacy and financial laws that stop you being able to do anything. you have to point them to whoever issued the card, it's the ONLY way they can get help

and the only way etsy should be involved, is if the police ask for information to help with the fraud investigation

You have to point the buyer to their Card issuer, and they have to sort it out with them  .... really, it's the only way

@SouthernAndSaltyCHS  :  Simply tell the customer that Etsy shares no financial information with you, and as much as you might want to help neither Etsy or the credit card company will allow you to. The sale is between you and the buyer but the payment is between Etsy and the buyer.
