I occasionally get an order where the customer has chosen "gift message" but the message hasn't come through to me. I just contacted the customer and it was resolved. However, in the last few days I don't think ANY of the text entered by customers as gift messages has come through to me. Is this a sitewide issue or has my shop got a glitch?
