Customer Cannot Check Out

I’ve just had a customer message me to let me know that they are trying to check out but are getting error messages and can’t. 

Yesterday, a bunch of orders came through all together at once - seems unlikely that several people checked out at the same time  

Does anyone know what is going on and/or how to actually lodge an IT issue with Etsy?

@CoenobitaCollective   I don't know if you are still having issues w/ your Cust. checking out.  Etsy has been very glitchy. Some glitches were addressed yesterday, and it looks like they were fixed (I hope for everyone).  Maybe this was affecting your Buyer.
