I have a listing for a custom made item out of clients personal sweatshirt. They send me item and I make item. She purchased it and I messaged right away to see what she was looking for, no response. Then I messaged her the next day, no response and this morning I sent another message with no response. Do I cancel the order? I’ve even thought about sending a postcard or something to her address? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

If it's the custon golf headcover, the buyer might be assuming that you provide the sweatshirt. Buyers don't always read the full description and nowhere in your listing does it specifically say that the buyer has to send you their sweatshirt. The second to last sentence on the description says to message you for details.
I would email the buyer with a deadline to respond, then cancel the order if you don't hear from them. I would also make your listing more clear. BTW, major league sports team names, logos and colors are trademarked. The words NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, NCAA are as well. I would remove those words and references from your listing.
Continue to send messages to her etsy account and her email account. If they don't respond by the scheduled shipping date, cancel and refund the order.
You can find her email address on the order page - click on the little black arrow to the right of her name. Hopefully she will get back to you.

Thank you so much! I definitely will update the listings.
