Hi!
When you create a custom order, it is flagged that there wasn’t a shipping service selected but there is no where to do that on the initial form!
I was curious if there will be a fix soon, it has been like this for about a year.

I never use that. I create a reserved listing instead - works out with no problems.
The custom listing feature is flawed and incomplete. Just make a regular listing, title it Reserved, and send the link to your customer.
