All of a sudden today, my custom order request is automatically completing the moment it’s placed. I chatted with someone today at Etsy and they said it the engineers are aware of the issue. I wasn’t provided with an ETA on it being resolved, but I’m hoping they roll my customer order back to the status it should’ve been so that I can associate the digital file the customer has requested or I’ll have to email it to them.
You can still email to them.
That’s what I’ve been doing, but keeping up with the open orders use to make it easier to track what you have and haven’t completed.
