I am creating a custom listing for a customer, but the personalization section now seems to be missing from the custom listing. Even when I go into the listing to edit it after creating it, there is no option to add personalization like there was before. Is this a technical issue or is this just how custom listings are now? I can have the customer send their personalization in a message but it is not as convenient as having it in the order.
Have them tell you what they want, then set up a reserved listing and send them the link.
Is a reserved listing just a regular listing reserved for the customer?
Yes, just make a regular listing. Make the title "RESERVED FOR XXX" Don't use their full name.
