Cropped photo

On the store page, all the photos are cropped at random. in the Shop Manager, the photos look normal, like I cropped them when creating the listing.

@SelenaJewelryBijou: Best guess is that the imaging routine that Etsy is using to make square images is also trying to make the item in the picture more prominent by cropping out (what it considers) excess white space.

yes, but then the square should be both when creating the listing and in the shop manager. How can I see how the photo should look if the formats are different?
