Hi, the thumbnails of my shop are now cropped. Ok, I get it. But why the previews in search are still rectangular (both in app and website)? As long as Etsy wishes to make this huge update which will require a lot of extra work for all sellers, could Etsy please at least share with the sellers its plans in advance? What aspect ratios are you going to use and where? If you want to use both square and rectangle previews, let us upload two types of previews then so you will use the relevant ones where necessary and it will look good in any case, or change it everywhere on the site. Or at least let us know where it will be a rectangle and where it will be a square, so we could decide what aspect ratio to expect and make a decision ourselves. The holiday season is around the corner and I personally would like to have some time to adapt and don't rashly update all my listing images in the middle of October when anyway will have a lot of work besides it.
