A potential customer has just reported a problem when trying to apply her discount code with a message 'That coupon code is invalid'.
I have tested this in Incognito mode (as we cannot buy from ourselves) and got the same. I have checked the code and it is live and valid.
The code was last used on 26th July, so has anything changed since then?
Any suggestions welcome.

You can try making another code and send it to her.
Is it a targeted coupon or a coupon you set up yourself? Some targeted coupons now have expiration dates, some as little as 3 days.
It's a thank you coupon I set up on 31st October 2023 and is set up with no end date.
Could it expire after 9 months perhaps?
Thank you coupons used to have no end date, but now they expire after a year. However they are testing cart coupons which were supposed to expire after 2 months and some are only good for 3 days, so who knows what they may be testing with thank you coupons.
You couldn't use the code in incognito mode, because you didn't buy anything to get the code.

I had a similar experience. Buyer kept telling me her coupon wasn’t valid. But it was. I sent different codes. Nope. So I just reserved the listing with the new price she would have had with the coupon.
