I have been getting messages from my costumers saying they can not check out with my shop because they get a message in check out saying "all payment methods are currently unavailable with this shop". I went to check to see if my account is verified properly and it says verified. I do not know how to fix this for my costumers and my shop.
I am verified under
I opened chat support and was told to "wait until tomorrow and it should be magically fixed- which doesn't make sense" and then disconnected randomly so I wasn't even able to receive support for this issue.
Anyone struggle with this?
Sorry, but only support can help you. It is correct there are no payment methods listed in your shop. I've seen this before, but don't know how the sellers got it fixed.
You may want to try searching the forums for 'payment methods missing' or something like that, you may find some previous posts where this was addressed and find some advice if there is anything you can do while you wait for support.
Thank you! I'll try support again, they just told me "wait until tomorrow and it will be magically fixed" and then randomly disconnected me when I asked to speak to someone else.
I see you haven't had any sales in a while, so maybe there are updates required on your financials/taxes page, and maybe these updates arrived since you were last selling.
I would look there and see if there is a notice in red about what needs to be updated.
Thank you, this is good advice! I thought maybe it had something to do with it being a while since I became active again. Everything seems good and verified on my end but I'll keep looking in areas, specifically the tax areas as I've been focused with the payments tabs.
My account says verified with a green little verified thing which is why I am so confused. I don't know how to verify something that at least says verified on my end.
Ah yes, I only saw they had sales, didn't look at dates. Around a year ago Etsy made everyone reverify their accounts with Plaid. That needs to be done before they'll let the shops continue, so that's the first thing I'd check.
