YOU GUYS....I can't believe how absolutely silly this is!! I have been dealing with the dreaded core details glitch for weeks. NO help from Etsy Support. I sent them screenshots and everything. They were just telling me to clear cache, restart, etc. nothing was working. Finally, I accidentally figured it out and I am dying laughing.
SCROLL DOWN in the core details window for more required fields. That's it. Scroll down.
So...I guess they made some kind of change to that section, and now, if you're on a certain size screen, the pop up window for the core details looks like only two questions. Is it a physical item/digital download? And did you make it/someone else,etc.? If you try to hit "CONTINUE" or "APPLY" and it just won't do anything. There's no error, no reason to think you haven't completed the form.
Yes, there's more below it, and you have to scroll down to see it. Once you fill out those other sections, you can hit continue and create your listing.
