Convo images issue

I uploaded a photo to a convo on the Etsy Seller app(Android/Samsung Galaxy S20), and it showed up fine there. Then when I checked the convo on my desktop(Windows & Chrome) the photo was rotated sideways.

That could be due to the horizontal/vertical orientation of your device when you took the photo.

Nope. It showed up correctly on the app, it was the vertical orientation. Then when I looked at it on my desktop it was horizontal.

Hello! I have an iphone and use chrome on the desktop. Been having this issue for a while too. I photograph vertically and all the photos rotate to horizontal after I click the send button in messages.

Good to know it's not just my phone! For what it's worth this didn't happen to me on the previous Sell on Etsy app.
