On my desktop, my shop's 180 sweaters are visible.
BUT, when I use the Etsy App (mine and husband's), only 1 item shows...my one apron listing. YIKES !
As others have noted in the Forum for the past 4 weeks, a shop's total listings may not always show on the App for buyers to see.
Some frustrated sellers have suggested deactivating and then reactivating all of the affected shop's listings. I've done that almost everyday just to keep my items visible on the App. But that solution only lasts for 12-24 hours and I must repeat the deactivating/reactivating process all over again.
I have contacted Etsy and was told that the Etsy engineering team is working on this issue.
I'm wondering how many views, visits and sales I've been missing since the beginning of October.
Some sellers say reinstall the App, but aren't Apps supposed to update on their own?
If it's an "old app" issue, how many buyers see only SOME or NONE of the items in a shop (mine...yours) and then move on?
NOTE: I follow some shops where I can sometimes see all of their listings on the App and then, a few hours later, I can see only a fraction of their items under their shop's name. (Listings on the App are always under "relevance" and you must choose "recent" to see all items...what a pain...do buyers do that)?
What am I missing here???
