Contact Issues with Etsy Support

PS: The message in question did not come from Etsy, and we have already actioned the account attempting to impersonate admin.

I received the above message which I cannot reply to.... (red flag comes up to say 'the username you have entered is not a valid etsy username).   I've hunted everywhere to find how to get in touch with Etsy Support and am just going in circles through the Help Centre which just gives me a feedback box.

Surely Etsy already have my email address, is this a Scam?

This is a scam. Mark it spam.

Sounds like a variation of the hundreds of scams going around.  Etsy does not need your e-mail for "verification" - they already have it.  If the message from "Etsy" is not in the section of your messages labeled "From Etsy" it is not a legitimate message from Etsy.
