Hello everyone,
I have re-opened my Etsy shop after many years of non activity. I live in the Caribbean, therefore I am not eligible for Etsy Payments. Previously, I used Paypal with no problem.
My issue at this point is that I am unable reconnect my Paypal account to my shop because I cannot get past the Sign up for Etsy Payments page. I have been told by Etsy that it should be easy to access the Paypal option on this page, but it isn't and I'm stuck.
Can anyone suggest how to re connect to Paypal? I am being billed but I can't sell.
