Agree with NanaLetha, you have to use a browser and here's how to do it manually which only gives Plaid the same info for your account that you opened you shop with:
- In your Payment settings, select Add or Connect your bank with Plaid, and choose Manual for How would you like to link your bank account?
- Select Continue.
- Enter your routing number and select Continue.
- Enter your bank account number and select Continue.
- Choose whether the account is Personal or Business and Continue.
- Enter your name and Continue.
- Select Checking or Savings and Continue.
- Choose to Authorize deposits and withdrawals.
- Begin checking your bank account after 1 business day, so your bank has time to receive the test deposits. Most will receive the test deposits within 5 business days.
- Once you see the deposits in your bank account, go back to the How you’ll get paid page.
- Choose I’ve received my microdeposits.

If you're already using a browser, try using a different browser. If that doesn't work, you may have an extension (like an ad blocker) that's interfering with the link.
