Confirm your seller information.

This morning I was asked to confirm my seller information due to changes in regulations. This is the second time, the first time was for my other shop zoozjewelry. I followed all indications in the yellow banner,  confirmed my info and received an confirmation Email from Etsy thanking me for confirming my info and telling me I can go on selling. Immediately after that they put me on Vacation mode. This also happened to my first shop although I was more careful this time and double checking all info. I have contacted Etsy through email, chat and telephone and they have all promised they will look into it. I was last contacted by Etsy Trust and Safety team last Thursday when they asked me to sent my ID picture again. No news since then. Now my second shop is put on vacation mode as well and I'm becoming desperate. It's unacceptable that there is no more seller support.

I too have a problem because they think I have changed my name and now won't receive any funds from sales I make until someone sorts out the problem.  It is unacceptable that their support is not equipped to quickly and efficiently deal with the ensuing issues that arise from the updates required.
