Bonjour j’ai reçu plusieurs mail comme quoi j’ai des articles qui ont été commandé dans ma boutique. J’ai reçu des mails venant de cet email : conversations@mail.etsy.com est ce que c’est bien vous ? Car dans le mail il me demande de cliquer sur un lien pour mettre ensuite les coordonnées d’une carte bancaire avec au moins 500 € dessus. Sinon les commandes ne pourront pas être effectuées avec la carte que j’ai mis actuellement sur mon compte, où il y a zéro euro.

@ConceptDesignFr: Legitimate eMails from conversations@mail.etsy.com are NOT "from" Etsy per se, they are merely notifications / copies of Messages sent to you via the Etsy Messaging system.
If you are receiving eMails from that address with links to anything other than the Messages page then someone has spoofed the from address.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
conversations@mail.etsy.com is the legit email address for when Etsy sends a notification that you have received a message on etsy. The message itself however appears to be a scam attempt. Remember that anyone can message you on Etsy. Only legitimate messages from Etsy will be in the 'from Etsy' folder.
