Completion of order

An order I was trying to ship had an address that Etsy could not verify. Therefore I couldn’t print a label from Etsy to send package. I wrote out the address myself and paid for shipping at USPS. My order is complete. The address was correct, but Etsy thinks I haven’t sent it yet. It says I’m 3 days late. How do I let Etsy know the order is complete and take away my bad service as I really wasn’t late in sending the package?  Nancy

You go to the order page, and choose the Update Progress Button in the top row, then Mark Complete.  Add the tracking number so that Etsy can see the delivery progress. Once the tracking shows as In Transit with the date you shipped, the stats should update within a day or two.
