Code Bug with the 'Price Your Shipping' page?
Hello! I'm a Canadian seller planning to open shop soon, and as I prepare, I've been trying my best to prepare for domestic and international shipping costs. Etsy's postage calculator (link) works great for figuring out domestic rates, because it's fast and takes the Canada Post discounts into account. However, whenever I try and use the USA or International tabs for calculating, they don't work at all.
First, I tried using the calculator on my computer, and it didn't work, so I switched browsers. Still didn't work. I cleared my cache and still no luck. Tried on my phone, and nope! No matter how many times I'd enter my details into the USA or International calculator sections, nothing would work. Sometimes it would say 'loading' but not actually load, and other times there would be no feedback from the page.
Pressing F12 shows that there might be a bug present, because the console reads "Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined". To be honest though, I have no idea how coding works, but that's the error that pops up no matter what I do. Going back to the domestic calculator tab will still work fine, though, and this error doesn't come up.
Just wanted to point this out! I'm unsure if the link above will show what I'm talking about if located outside of Canada, because it doesn't seem to have a unique Canadian link. It might just show the US postage calculator. I'd add a picture if I could, but unfortunately I cannot.
I think it would be nice to see this bug fixed, because it's a feature I'd love to get a lot of use out of!
(Also, I'm unsure if this is the correct label to use, but it's the only one that's kind of close to what I'm talking about?)

@Cephaloct: "Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined" is definitely a coding error (probably an unhandled Javascript error) and unfortunately there is nothing that we as users can do about it.

I went and looked at it for fun and got the same results you did. I recommend reporting it to Etsy.

Wanted to do this, but I couldn't really figure out how? Would I just contact them through their help page? That seemed like the only option I could find, but I'm not sure if there's a better way for reporting bugs specifically.

@Cephaloct Chat is often a good way to report these types of things. They'll usually just pass them along to the right team.

Yes, I have noticed the Etsy Shipping calculator has not been working correctly for quite awhile now (if ever!) ... Etsy has been notified and has done nothing to fix it!
Gound Advantage / 13" x 10 x 1" Package / $6.33 ... same price between 1-20# ... add 1 extra # and price jumps to $35.76 ... crazy!

Actually, looking at Pirate Ship Rates, going over that 20lbs mark seems to do the same thing.
In any case, this ticket is about no rates appearing at all, so different issue.
