I have recently started using the Click and Drop integration with Etsy and am encountering a problem whereby some of my orders are showing as dispatched late despite being shipped on time. On further investigation I've noticed that although the Etsy orders in question are showing marked complete on the correct date, they are still showing as dispatched late on the log downloaded from the Star Seller page.
The strange thing is that this issue isn't affecting every order, just some of them.
Anyone else experiencing this problem, if so, has anybody got to the bottom of it?

I think the csv download from the star seller dashboard does not distinquish between orders that were sent late and orders that were sent without tracking.
So I would assume your orders that show as late, were simply sent without tracking. Would that explain it?

Thanks for your response. That is correct, most of the items we send are sent either 1st or 2nd class with Royal Mail. These services are not tracked, therefore there is no associated tracking number.
Here is a sample of the CSV table:

There needs to be a date in either the "Tracking/label date" or the "marked complete date" for Etsy to verify that the item was posted on time.
From the table above, the two orders above were shipped using the same non-tracked shipping service in Click and Drop. When you open these particular orders individually in Etsy they both show a mraked complete date. However, in the Star Seller CSV, only one of them has a marked complete and consequently shows that order as shipping on time, and the one without a date in that column shows as shipped late.
I cannot understand why this is hapening given they were shipped on the same manifest, on the same date, using the same shipping service.
Any Ideas?
Are you manually entering marking as complete, or allowing integration from RM to mark as complete?
I'm allowing RM to do that bit automatically, I am not marking them complete manually. I spke to someone technical at RM who verified that the report that's generated and sent to Etsy is complete with no missing fields. I suspected that was the case because when I click into a problematic dispatched order on Etsy it shows a marked complete date. Again, I just acn't understand why that date is then missing on the Star Seller CSV for just some of the orders.
It'll likely be a glitch between etsy and the RM integration.
That's what I suspect. Any idea how I get them to look into this? I have tried emailing them but received only generic stock responses. Do Etsy monitor these forums?
yes, but it won't matter the reason why, etsy is pretty clear about not changing star sellers stats.
I don't mind the fact that I've lost my star seller status for a few months but I don't want to lose it permanently!
