Checkout - Note to Seller

Hi, 

At checkout the "Note to Seller" window  seems to have disappeared.  
For me it is there if I wish to buy an item as a gift, but when I just want to buy an item it is not there. 
Can you please fix.

The box to leave a note to seller was removed, but you should see a clickable ''+ Add a note to,,,,'' option that will then open the box.

Thank you for your response but that is not what I am seeing. I only have the add note option if I select to buy it as a gift. 
If I  just go to buy it as normal I have no option any where to add a note to seller, no "+Add a note to..".  I click the proceed to checkout button and press and  a " Double check your order" window pops up with no option to add a note to a buyer and only the option to pay now if I press that button.

@LambertsLambs, I just had the same problem; couldn't find the note to seller box, or the + to open it. I eventually noticed three dots next to the shop name on the upper left of the item in my cart. This opened a dropdown with choice of 'contact shop' or 'add a note about this order'. It's probably a test.

Thanks again Etsy, for continuing to make it difficult for buyers to shop, and sellers to sell.

I was wondering why so many of my buyers weren't adding extra messages as they usually do with their orders. Now I see that Etsy removed this very user friendly option. Thanks Etsy, for once again, changing things that work and make building relationships with customers more difficult.

I currently have a listing that is in 6 carts - I suspect most of the 6 don't know how to use the note to seller option (which is necessary in this listing) since Etsy has decided to "hide" it behind 3 dots.

Who uses or even sees 3 dots?

I suspect not many.

Makes you wonder, doesn't it?  Was "note to seller" taking up too much space?

I am not on a phone, on computer you actually have to pay first  then the message box pops up now! Which is scary if you don't know this and haven't purchased from the seller before. I couldn't order what I wanted because there was no message box, so I had to message seller to change my order to see if I could get what I actually wanted!  So crazy!!!

The "message to seller" box is still there.

It's right at the bottom of the confirmation page.
