Chat thread is stuck, International pricing, and No international sales

Dear All,

It's one week the client Chat service seeems to be "stuck". 

I have problems with my items sold at the domestic price vs international price, I usually ask Etsy to credit the difference, but this time the agent could not proceed to the credit (as one credit had been made the day before), she confirmed there was a problem with my international sales, and since then, the chat thread is stuck : nobody answers  when I write, I did not receive the satisfaction survey, etc.

Also, since then, weirdly enough, I have not sold items internationnaly (but I still propose international pricing and shipping), could Etsy be working on my account without telling me, and prevent international buyers to buy from my shop ?

Could anyone help ?

Etsy will not be preventing international orders to your shop!

Are you using shipping/delivery profiles for your items?  If so, perhaps delete them and recreate them to see if you can fix the bug.

Alternatively, don't use Profiles and enter the prices for domestic delivery and international delivery manually on each listing.

You must try something as a workaround as you cannot rely on Etsy to keep refunding you the difference. 

I notice that shipping to the UK is Free, perhaps this is another method to avoid the glitch.

thanks for your reply. 
yes I am using shipping delivery profiles for my items, since I sell in France and to the Us, uk, Switzerland, Europe and worldwide, there are different profiles.

shipping internationally is free = the price for shipping internationally is included in my international prices =>that’s why I entered manually domestic and international pricing for each item. 

As indicated by etsy support, I did suppress the domestic price/saved the listing/went back on the listing and settled again domestic and international prices (I did that many times on many different listings), this is an old bug, my international prices keep being lowered, off and on, to the national price.

this is an old bug known on etsy, nobody seems to know how to fix it.

any idea about the frozen help chat ?

@LaManufactureBlanche Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed fix for errors with the domestic & global pricing tool, but this will temporarily fix the prices until you make any other changes: https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Global-Pricing-UK/m-p/146168561/highlight/true#M86785... Shipping is not directly related, but changing shipping - like anything else - will turn off the pricing tool yet again.  @JJewellerySuppliesUK
