Chat support not working.

My chat support has stopped working.   I type in it and there is no response (almost like it is still connected to someone on the last session)

I have tried emailing but no response.   I found a link for a call back that also does not work.

Any other ideas?

Exact same with me, been waiting over an hour for a response. Really annoying etsy doesn't put anything in to say you are in a queue or not, hard to know if anyone is actually seeing the message.

Better to ask here in the forum.  You'll get responses from experienced sellers that are often more accurate and helpful than the Etsy chat people.
