Chat and Call back not working for DAYS

I am trying to reach Etsy support. When I type in my callback number, I get an error message that says "Hm something went wrong. Refresh this page and try again".

When I open a chat, no one ever joins it.

WHAT gives?

That has done that with me before (the callback saying something went wrong) but I got a call back anyway

How do you even get to a page to get a call? I'm trying to reach someone and i cant even get to that option

Send an email with your phone number requesting them to call you.  The page for call back has been wonky for some.

As to chat I have never had it since it started.  I use only email.  

If this is something legal or financial, email would be a better resource.

I have not been able to request a call back as well. I will email them for a call back. thanks for the info.
