Our shop had the instant chat button for about 6 months. If we had an issue we could use that and contact someone from support quickly from Etsy customer service. Now, under the shop advisor section on our Shop Manager it says
"Looking for support?
We’re here to help. You can chat or request a phone call from our team of seller support experts." and our chat button is gone.
And when I clicked into this, it brings me back to a screen that says to email Etsy with a 1 to 2 day repsonse rate. Is this normal now?
