Charged twice to renew the same item

Yesterday I renewed 3 items that were going to expire. But when I looked in Finances, I saw that only 2 had been renewed. So I checked Listings, and sure enough, one of the items was still there, still set to expire. So, I renewed it. Finances then showed that all 3 had been renewed. This morning however, the 3rd item now shows as having been renewed twice. It's a small amount of money, but it still needs to be brought to Etsy's attention.

I wish! Sadly, no. Possibly, I think, that I after I renewed it the first time, I should have given the website a couple of minutes to update in Finances and Listings but I looked at Finances right away - just in a hurry to get on with life I guess - and only 2 were there, and as I said, looking back at Listings showed it still set to expire.
