Charged Offsite Ads fee for wrong item

I received an order that shows the Offsites Ads icon next to it, but on my Payment account I was charged an Offsite Ads fee on the next order, not on the order number with the icon next to it.

Where are you looking?  If you go to your off-site ad page, it shows the ad that was seen, then next to it, what was purchased.

yes I know. The order that was purchased through Offsite ads is Not the order they charged me the fee for

A customer can purchase anything in your shop after they click on an off site ad, it doesn't have to be the item they clicked on only, that is the way it works, and they can also purchase anything in your shop and get the discount for the next 30 days if you did not know that too.

Did you check your off site ads stats to see what item the stats say the person actually bought?  If there is an error, carefully consider the cost of both items.......... It may not be in your best interest to complain.

I just spoke to someone, the confusion was 1 order was placed through Etsy ads and the next order was purchased through Offsite ads. The megaphone icon next to the order is only for Etsy ads orders. There is no icon showing for Offsite ads orders. So confusing
