Changing of shop name

Hello everyone, can annone help me please.

I would like to change my shop name , I have the account since 2017 but didn’t start to sell since.

I’ve finally got around to open up my shop but the name I choosed in 2017 doesn’t feel right for what I want to sell.

Can anyone help me understand wich are the steps to do so, please.

In you dashboard under "Settings" 

Click "Info & appearance" if you click on "shop name" you can change it there

When I click shop appearance, I don’t have a link to change the name? 

I don’t know what to do?

Changing your shop name will not help you make sales. The first thing you need to do is create listings. You can't sell anything if it's not listed.
