Anybody else getting cha chings on the app for old orders? Also getting notifications for the same reviews over and over again, sometimes 3 or 4 times?? I am....
Yes, orders, favourites and reviews. I kept the old app because the new one seemed glitchy so I’ve been getting a random assortment of notifications on each one.
I suppose I should treat it like a game and start placing bets with myself as to which app will give a bogus notification first and if it will also pop up on the other one!
When you're getting these old cha-chings, are you seeing the notifications come from the Sell on Etsy app or the new Etsy Seller app? I'm having a team take a look into what might be happening in this situation and want to make sure they're looking at the proper app.

I'm seeing it on the sell on etsy app and for me the vast majority of orders are seeming to come in an notify me normally but I've had 2 random ones that were for orders that were about a week or so old. I'm not sure if I didn't ever receive a notification for those orders for some reason and just those 2 were delays or if they are random notifications that are repeats of one that I had already gotten at the correct time. Hope that made sense.
I use the Sell on Etsy app, I never had installed the other one.. And that was not the first time that these notifications happens, it is been happening very frequently— get a new order alert and there is nothing there … search for the name and find it a s an old order even shipped already.
Really hope that this can be fixed because its very annoying and frustrating.
Yes, I am receiving notifications for orders that already are in transit and also for messages I've already answered. The notifications are coming from the new app.
I have been taking screen shots of them.. I am getting them thru the old sell on app. I have both the new and the old one on my iphone/ipad. But can tell which is which from the icon.
Now I just have to laugh to see which is a real sale or an old sale.
Same here - and it is on the Sell on Etsy App. It's been happening for a week or so.... I deleted the app and re-installed it - this has not rectified the issue.
