Hey, my Etsy Store is not letting any customers add items to a cart. So, no one can purchase anything. This started happening yesterday. How can I resolve this? I have checked my listings and they are all Active and In-Stock. My Store only offers digital products.
The cart is working, I was able to add something to it. Beware of scammers who will send messages saying they can't check out etc and they target new stores.
Your shop is working correctly. I was able to add several items to my basket.
If you were trying to test it by adding your own items to your basket, then Etsy will give an error message as buying from yourself is against the rules
If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
