Captcha issue still and NO SUPPORT from Etsy- NEED HELP

I am still having issues with logging in due to the CAPTCHA- over 200 clicks every single time no matter what I do. I tried contacting support MULTIPLE times and they send a link to my email. I never get the link for the support request. I am at an impasse here.

The mail from etsy is not in my spam folder and I have tried four different platforms to log on here. I have tried multiple short cuts to no avail to avoid the CAPTCHA. I have tried anything and everything that others have posted already- I just need contact to support. I have been on computers since 1996 so yes, thank you in advance, I know where to look for mail etc and how to get on different platforms to try to log in. This is beyond frustrating. I have no doubt this is an etsy issue or that my ISP scrambles what you type in for security measures. 

Does anyone have a viable link to etsy support?

@kittenkat22  Clear your browser cache and cookies: Corrupted cookies can sometimes interfere with CAPTCHA verification. Disable browser extensions: Ad blockers, privacy tools, or script blockers may prevent CAPTCHA from loading correctly. Try a different browser: Some browser settings or plugins might conflict with CAPTCHA tests.  Check your network settings. YouTube videos might help as well.   

At the top of the Forums go to Help Center and send an email that way but just send one.  Be sure to include your email.

When I got captcha frequently it was due to updates my Microsoft and it was a hassle for a few weeks.  If you are using a VPN or clearing out your cookies when you close down then you will get captcha again.

The trick is if it asks for sidewalk for example, all photos must be chosen that have even a smidgen of a sidewalk. 

Are you saying that when you use Contact us, you are not able to send an email?  Or Etsy replies but you can't find the email?  If the latter then your email provider is too strict.  Or if you have enabled any ability to mask email then that creates issues as well.  Do you have to accept Etsy as an email provider?

ISP can also be an issue.  If you have very high security via ISP it might be triggering the captcha.

If you have high level anti-virus, you can remain logged in instead.  I would recommend this only if you have a robust service.

What exactly is the link that Etsy is even trying to email you? Is it a link to your shop that will bypass the captcha? If you try this, can you get there without a captcha?

Have you contacted your ISP? I wonder if getting a new I address might work?

@kittenkat22  Hi, Try something next time you get the CAPTCHA. I don't get it often, but when I do, it comes when I'm Signing In. I will then hit Ctrl + F5 (Hard Refresh). And I'm usually in (sometimes it takes a couple tries). But it's worth a shot. I haven't had to click onto the pictures in a while (knock, knock). I always use the same desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10.

I can't think of the last time I had a captcha on Etsy. It sounds frustrating that some sellers get these endless loops. I have gotten the sliding puzzle piece on Etsy more than captcha. The first time I got that, it took me like 20 seconds to "solve" it because I was trying to slide the actual piece on the photo (instead of the slider below the photo). So I proved to Etsy that I was a stupid human & not a robot

@CanningCrafts  LOL! I've never seen the sliding thing. When I've gotten the CAPTCHA, I had to select those photos with (motorcycles, crosswalks, etc.) And yes, it was endless. With some of those photos, it's a case of "Is it or isn't it" (for me anyway:)

ETA: And I have this large screen, but I'm practically kissing it make out certain parts in some photos.

Yet...here you are, logged in and posting. You can get to all of Etsy from the forums. I have to say, I am confused every time one of these threads pops up. You're on Etsy, you're here, you're logged in, you can go anywhere on Etsy right now.

Yeah, but some sellers have to do the captcha 200+ times in order to get here. It shouldn't be that way. Maybe this seller is just wanting to get ahold of support in order to get rid of the insane problem?
