I sold some social media Canva templates to someone and they are having a strange issue with it that I can't troubleshoot. She says she tried to share the templates on Facebook and when she does that, it's trying to charge her again for 10 pages for another set of my templates that she didn't buy. Everything seems to be working just fine on my end from what I can tell and I've sold the templates to a lot of other people who have had no problems, so I'm fairly certain that it's user error but I don't know what to tell her other than to try again. Can anyone help me figure out what this person did wrong to cause this so I can tell her how to correct it? Thanks!
Another set of templates that she didn't buy? Perhaps she clicked a 'link' on Canva that took her to those templates and she thinks they are part of the set she purchased.
