Canva Hyperlink Error

I am trying to add editable party invitations to my shop. I've created a PDF to send my customer that includes links to access their templates in Canva to edit. I did a test run (thank goodness) and when I tried the link, I got the following error.

"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

If I was the customer, I would go to the seller for help. However, I AM the seller and I do not know how to fix this. Can anyone help?

Did you ever get any help on this matter? It has been a whole year of this same issue.
