Just adding myself to the long list of shops that cannot renew listings. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Seems to be sitewide glitch, forum is full of messages about it, I was coming too say something about it. You might be able as a work around to go in like you are editing the item and be able to renew from there, I did it awhile ago, and it worked, someone suggested it in another post.
You can renew, by clicking on the listing you want to renew and renew it from the editing page.. Works for me!!

yes ditto here in Canada - after a 24H internet black out I finally get back online to work on the shop and now can't renew anything. Beyond frustrating!
Me too & I have a lot to renew.
It works for me from the shop manager if I copy, then list, however I get the red banner if I try and then delete the expired listing.
Exactly then you end up with 2 listings for the same thing so I guess we will wait for it to sort?
