I got an email regarding suspended shop. I  replied with my email and now it sends me an email saying if this keeps happening check tech support and I did.am I now unsuspended ??

@Former_Member You may soon have other issues with your shop ... reselling is against the TOU's.  Items listed as handmade are required to be physically handmade by the shop owner ... you cannot curate items from others and resell them here ... all gift basket contents MUST be handmade!  Have you read any of Etsy Policies that sellers are required to abide by?  https://www.etsy.com/legal/section/sellers

@Former_Member: "I got an email regarding suspended shop." Did you receive a free standing eMail or just the eMail copy of an Etsy Message? If the latter, was the message in the "From Etsy" section on your Messages page when checking messages using a browser? If not, it is a SCAM.

Real messages from Etsy are now going into their own section (labeled as "From Etsy") on your Messages page when using a browser or have a colored blurb of text on the Message, saying "From Etsy" if using the app https://community.etsy.com/t5/Announcements/New-From-Etsy-section-in-Messages/m-p/143722497#M1899
