Cant add taxpayer ID

I received a notification that Etsy needed additional info from me, so I entered it, double checked it, triple checked it all of the information is correct but Etsy keeps saying that it could not verify and has now put my shop on vacation. Now I have lost 18 consecutive months of a perfect star seller track record. Please help
