Cannot verify a closed bank account

I opened my Etsy shop with a previous verified bank account. I have since moved and closed that bank account. After that, I made my first sale in my shop and Etsy is only giving me the option to verify that previously closed bank account and not giving me the option to connect a new bank account. How can I move forward with connecting a new bank account?

Go to the bank account info and click "update"

From what I remember you will need that old bank info before being able to enter the new info.

you should be able to add a new bank account, but you will have to know your old number first

otherwise, the only ones who can fix it are etsy

You don't have ANY information about that bank account? If you ever had direct deposit for taxes or a paycheck, look on old tax returns or W2s. If you don't, can you contact that bank and with proper ID explain that you need the old number?

You need the old number to put in for security reasons before you add the new.    And you are probably using Plaid.  I don't know what happens then,
