Etsy support has sent me a message that they have marked my account as suspicious and if I don't verify my email they will disable my account. When I try to reply to the message it keep showing avred box error saying invalid user name. I am using the etsy seller app and I have no other way to replay to their message. Anyone knows what should I do?
Do nothing. It's a scam message. Put it in your spam folder. Any legitimate message from Etsy will be in the ''from Etsy'' folder.

This is a scam! The reason you can't respond is because etsy already identified it as a scam account and deleted it.
You don't need to verify, etsy already has your email. Do not engage. Mark it as spam.
REAL messages from etsy will be in the "from etsy" section of your inbox, only visible on a computer or through a browser (not on the app).
@Beatifylife: If the message is something like "User Name is Invalid" usually that message means that the account has been closed (either by the user or by Etsy).
Real messages from Etsy are now going into their own section (labeled as "From Etsy") on your Messages page when using a browser or have a colored blurb of text on the Message, saying "From Etsy" if using the app https://community.etsy.com/t5/Announcements/New-From-Etsy-section-in-Messages/m-p/143722497#M1899
Just in case, you should make sure to mark the message as SPAM (at last report you cannot do that using the seller app only a browser, even your mobile browser, or the buyer app).
