Cannot renew listings that have expired!

Is anyone else having an issue with renewing their expired listings???

I renewed one by going to Sold listings on the Listings page, clicking on the listing, and Renewing at the bottom of the page. You can probably do the same by going to the Expired folder and clicking on the listing.

I am unable to renew listings. Some of mine expire tomorrow.

@LISAOHHLISA  if your listing is still active in your shop, then view your shop (like a Buyer would) - click to view the listing, and the options above the main picture still work.  I did this myself.

Renew by Copying the expired listing, Save as Draft and then Publish the Draft.  When Etsy fixes the problem, you can then delete these expired listings.

@LeesVintageJewels  Yes, this will work - but there are two issues with this -

Copying any listing loses past sales record, faves, and carts, if any.

Also - deleting after the glitch is fixed so you can renew the original expired listing is a waste of 20 cents.

All you need to do is go to the expired listing and click to open it - like you're gong to edit - then renew at the bottom of the page.

So many threads, and each has a variety of temp. solutions that people fail to read.

Editing, renewing, and deleting still seems to be working on the Sell on Etsy mobile app.
